Young children are being exposed to music, using iPods, phones and other devices to get easy access. It’s easy to hear music just about anywhere as everyone has a phone, computer or even on their way to school and back from school when they’re in mom’s car listening to the radio. This article brings about showing many forms of music and how it influences children and how it can bring about children with different backgrounds to one genre. But it also talks about those who from certain rougher childhoods can be specific to a certain genre especially with rock music and rap, since their music is mostly pessimistic these people can feel their music more. Music is used so people can identify themselves, to feel the way these artists feel and mostly to discover themselves and their emotions, it used to invoke romance, friendships and overall having fun is a big part. These platforms are also used politically as well to incite not necessarily violence but also revolutionary ideas as well. Music influences behavior as well as behavior influencing music, it ties in together in order to create something that makes you feel a certain way whether that’s angry, mad, sad or happy music is good to expose those feelings for you so you can learn to identify yourself and your place with other people. The power of music has made many people get together and have something in common that they can share with.
